June 17th, 2009 - Road Show Participants Finalized
By: Dave Collard

Virtual Monsters Limited has released the participants list for the upcoming summer Road Show Tour. After a weeks time VML has contacted and agreed to have many superstars from the virtual monster truck community competing in our events. Over two thirds of the schedule features eight monster trucks including the superstars of VML! To see more about who might be at a Road Show event in your area check out the events page.

"We're obviously thrilled to have so many big names on tour with us for the summer months" spoke Kyle Carr assistant manager of bookings. "To have great performers like Rambo, Half Breed and Skitso running in our shows means a lot. Fan's will be able to experience many of their heros locally as we tried to keep our particpants regionally scheduled. With the lineups set we now have cleared a major hurdle for the summer months."

The next task for Virtual Monsters Limited is to meet with venue's and their corresponding managers of operation to determine what competitions our star studded field will compete in. "We'll be meeting with facilities over the course of the next week or so. What competitions we can safely put on, where are the most logical places to set up pits, and pit party locations are all on the agenda" explained Carr.

Also announced today was the event registration dates for local competitors looking to participate in Road Show side acts. Most dates are one week prior to the event and are open to anyone with a valid drivers license. "We'll be trying to provide some more information to our Side Act peoples shortly" added Carr.

June 8th 2009 - VML Event Schedule Announced
By: Kyle Carr

VML finalized its Road Show schedule yesterday afternoon for their anticipiated upcoming summer events. Almost all of the Road Show events are featuring multiple shows. Most of the shows are featuring 2 events on the same night and then the final event in Woodstock features 5 events over the course of 3 days! All of the event info pages have been updated and contain all the info on the date and times for the events.

Road Show officials also noted they are currently drafting contracts for their potential monster truck drivers. As soon as the official contracts are completed, drivers will be contacted. Road Show official Dave Collard also noted that they are adding cash prizes at each and every Road Show. "We wanted to give all of the drivers competing in our shows a little extra incentive to go out and win racing or push it a little harder in freestyle. We are also hammering out plans for secondary prizes as well. We are already booking drivers with an industry leading payroll, and we are topping that with our cash prize pack incentives."

VML's Road Show is just a short few weeks away. As we noted already, booking will begin shortly for Road Show monster truck competitors but also VML has announced that they will be fielding its side acts with seperate drivers as well! Side acts include jet drags, figure 8 racing, democross, quad wars, and many more just to name a few...and they all need drivers! Information on how to sign up for side acts will be out shortly.
